Berikut adalah Langkah-Langkahnya :

By following each step sequentially, the registration can be completed efficiently and with minimal risk of data revision.

Step 1: Creating a Company Vendor Account

  1. Visit www.pengadaan.com

  2. Click Register at the top-right corner of the page.

  3. On the registration form:

    • Select Vendor Type: Foreign Company

    • Enter an active company or PIC email address
      (This email will be used for all system communications.)

    • Create and confirm your password

    • Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions

  4. Click Register

  5. Open your email inbox and click the validation link to activate your account

  6. Log in using the registered email and password

Tab 1 – General Information

After logging in, you will be directed to the company profile completion stage.
Please switch the system language to English before proceeding.

Important Note

Before starting, ensure all supporting documents are prepared in PDF format and comply with the file size requirements to avoid delays during verification.

Required Documents to Prepare

A. Company Identity

  • Company Profile

  • Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration License

  • Foreign Tax Identification Number or equivalent

  • Company Domicile / Address Certificate (if applicable)

  • Articles of Association or Deed of Establishment

  • Valid Business License or equivalent government-issued authorization

  • Industry or Professional Certificates (optional but recommended)

  • Trade Permit or Export/Import License (if relevant)

C. Financial Documents

  • Recent Financial Statements (audited or unaudited)

  • Bank Reference Letter or Latest Bank Statement

  • Deviation Letter (if company age is less than 1 year)

D. Taxation

  • Valid Tax ID Document

  • Annual Tax Declaration (if available)

  • Proof of Tax Registration or Taxable Business Certificate

E. Shareholder & Board Information

  • Passport or ID Card of Shareholders and Directors

  • Power of Attorney (if registration is conducted by a representative)

F. Employees & Competence

  • List of Key Personnel (CV or Profile)

  • Education Certificates, Training Certificates, or Work Experience Letters (optional)

  • Valid Passport for Foreign Personnel

G. Experience & References

  • Copies of Project Contracts or Purchase Orders (PO)

  • Completion Certificates or Client Reference Letters

Account Information

Please complete the following:

  • Company Name

  • Website and Social Media (optional)

Company Address

  1. Click Add Address

  2. Select Address Type

  3. Enter full company address

  4. Select Country, Location, and Postal Code

  5. Enter an active phone number

  6. Add a Google Maps link (optional but recommended)

Contact Information

  1. Enter active and reachable contact details:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Office Phone Number

  • Mobile Phone Number

Click Save and Continue.

Buyer Selection

  1. Select buyers relevant to your company’s business scope

  2. For Foreign Companies, selecting PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) is mandatory

Click Save and Continue.

  1. Upload the company’s business license or equivalent document

  2. Fill in the start date and expiry date

  3. If the document has no expiry date, check No Expiry Date

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 3 – Classification

  1. Click Add to input your commodity classification

  2. Select the classification that best reflects your company’s scope of work

  3. Fields such as item name, brand, source, and business sector are optional, but should be completed if applicable

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 4 – Financial

  1. Select your preferred currency

  2. Input initial capital and paid-up capital

  3. Proceed to the Bank submenu:

    1. Enter bank name, branch, and country

    2. Attach a bank statement or bank reference letter

  4. If company age is less than 1 year, upload a Deviation Letter

  5. Proceed to the Financial Report submenu:

    1. Input financial data based on available years (cash, bank balance, current assets, etc.)

    2. Indicate whether the report is audited or unaudited (optional)

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 5 – Tax

  1. Your Tax ID will be filled automatically

  2. Ensure the taxpayer name and address are correct

  3. Upload a valid tax ID document or equivalent

  4. Optionally upload taxable business certificates or annual tax declarations

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 6 – Shareholder

  1. Select shareholder type (individual or non-individual)

  2. Enter shareholder name, nationality, and address

  3. Specify ownership in shares or percentage

  4. Upload supporting documents (passport, tax ID if applicable)

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 7 – Board

  1. Input director and commissioner details (title, full name, nationality)

  2. Upload optional documents such as passport

  3. Repeat the process if adding more personnel

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 8 – Employee

  1. Enter employee/personnel data:

    1. Name, gender, nationality

    2. Place and date of birth

    3. Address, country, province

    4. Employment status (permanent/contract)

    5. Education and graduation year (optional)

  2. Upload supporting documents such as diplomas, training certificates, or experience letters

  3. Passport may also be attached if applicable

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 9 – Project & Experience

  1. Add previous project experience, including:

    1. Project name and scope of work

    2. Location

    3. Client name and contact

    4. Contract type, number, value, currency

    5. Commodity classification

    6. Start and end date

  2. Upload supporting documents such as contracts or purchase orders

Click Save and Continue.

Tab 10 – Notes

  • Enter any additional remarks or information

  • Click Save and Submit to complete the registration

Verification Process

  • Verification SLA: Maximum 4 business hours

  • Complete & valid documents: Vendor status becomes Active

  • Incomplete or incorrect documents: Status becomes Fix Registration, with revision notes provided

Important Notes

All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed to avoid verification delays.
