Enter an active company or PIC email address
(This email will be used for all system communications.)
Create and confirm your password
Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions
Click Register
Open your email inbox and click the validation link to activate your account
Log in using the registered email and password

After logging in, you will be directed to the company profile completion stage.
Please switch the system language to English before proceeding.
Before starting, ensure all supporting documents are prepared in PDF format and comply with the file size requirements to avoid delays during verification.

Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration License
Foreign Tax Identification Number or equivalent
Company Domicile / Address Certificate (if applicable)
Articles of Association or Deed of Establishment
Valid Business License or equivalent government-issued authorization
Industry or Professional Certificates (optional but recommended)
Trade Permit or Export/Import License (if relevant)
Recent Financial Statements (audited or unaudited)
Bank Reference Letter or Latest Bank Statement
Deviation Letter (if company age is less than 1 year)
Valid Tax ID Document
Annual Tax Declaration (if available)
Proof of Tax Registration or Taxable Business Certificate
Passport or ID Card of Shareholders and Directors
Power of Attorney (if registration is conducted by a representative)

Select Address Type
Enter full company address
Select Country, Location, and Postal Code
Enter an active phone number
Add a Google Maps link (optional but recommended)
Enter active and reachable contact details:

Mobile Phone Number
Click Save and Continue.
Select buyers relevant to your company’s business scope
For Foreign Companies, selecting PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) is mandatory
Click Save and Continue.
Upload the company’s business license or equivalent document
Fill in the start date and expiry date
If the document has no expiry date, check No Expiry Date
Click Save and Continue.
Click Add to input your commodity classification
Select the classification that best reflects your company’s scope of work
Fields such as item name, brand, source, and business sector are optional, but should be completed if applicable
Click Save and Continue.
Select your preferred currency
Input initial capital and paid-up capital
Proceed to the Bank submenu:
Enter bank name, branch, and country
Attach a bank statement or bank reference letter
If company age is less than 1 year, upload a Deviation Letter
Proceed to the Financial Report submenu:
Input financial data based on available years (cash, bank balance, current assets, etc.)
Indicate whether the report is audited or unaudited (optional)
Click Save and Continue.
Your Tax ID will be filled automatically
Ensure the taxpayer name and address are correct
Upload a valid tax ID document or equivalent
Optionally upload taxable business certificates or annual tax declarations
Click Save and Continue.
Select shareholder type (individual or non-individual)
Enter shareholder name, nationality, and address
Specify ownership in shares or percentage
Upload supporting documents (passport, tax ID if applicable)
Click Save and Continue.
Input director and commissioner details (title, full name, nationality)
Upload optional documents such as passport
Repeat the process if adding more personnel
Click Save and Continue.
Enter employee/personnel data:
Name, gender, nationality
Place and date of birth
Address, country, province
Employment status (permanent/contract)
Education and graduation year (optional)
Upload supporting documents such as diplomas, training certificates, or experience letters
Passport may also be attached if applicable
Click Save and Continue.
Add previous project experience, including:
Project name and scope of work
Location
Client name and contact
Contract type, number, value, currency
Commodity classification
Start and end date
Upload supporting documents such as contracts or purchase orders
Click Save and Continue.
Enter any additional remarks or information
Click Save and Submit to complete the registration
Verification SLA: Maximum 4 business hours
Complete & valid documents: Vendor status becomes Active
Incomplete or incorrect documents: Status becomes Fix Registration, with revision notes provided
